Save What Remains

Any other year Hearths Warming Eve would be a time of celebration and joy among the Streets of Manehatten, but with the "Bit Flu" epidemic having free reign over the population and killing almost everyone it infected since the Black Friday of that year. In the Anarchy that followed, one group in particular that lost everything was the Manehatten Sanitation Department, all but a singular idea thanks to the questionably-sane mind of Broom Spark: Burn down everything to stop the virus spreading... including anypony they see.

Even before Article 51 initiated, this was clearly not something Delta Hooves, nor any other agents of The Divsion were going to willingly stand by and watch. And with said protocol active, there is little Delta is unwilling to do to save what remains.
